Excellence Playa Mujeres is approximately 40 minutes from Cancun International Airport (CUN), making it easily accessible for international travelers arriving in Cancun. Ground transportation to and from the resort is, therefore, easy to organize before your arrival. 

Does the resort offer airport transportation?

Every new suite-only reservation in Excellence Playa Mujeres of a minimum of 3 nights, made directly with the resort, will receive free round-trip ground transportation to and from Cancun International Airport. This makes travel easy and gives guests a safe and worry-free ride to their destination. If your reservation is made through a third party or as a package with flights, transfers are not included. However, they can still be arranged at an additional cost through our official transportation partner, Seasons Transfers.

What types of suites are available at the resort?

The resort of Excellence Playa Mujeres offers luxury all‑suite accommodations of all different types for adults only. Are reservations required for restaurants?

Most restaurants at the Excellence Playa Mujeres resort do not require reservations, allowing guests to enjoy a flexible dining experience where they can eat whatever they want, wherever they want during their stay. However, reservations are required for the Teppanyaki interactive dining experience at the Spice restaurant and can be made once guests are on property.

Is Excellence Playa Mujeres close to golf courses?

Yes, the resort is located right next to the Playa Mujeres Golf Club, an 18-hole Greg Norman–designed course known for its lush scenery and challenging layout. Guests can easily reach it within a few minutes by a quick drive. While golf isn’t included in the resort’s All Inclusive program, players can book tee times directly with the course and arrange equipment rentals if needed.
